“Stayed at this hotel over the weekend of 2/21/26. Very nice, new Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Room was nice and clean, very spacious. Would recommend if you are traveling through Richmond, Kentucky!”

“Stopped here for a night on our road trip. Rooms were clean and huge. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. Large gym with free weights, cable machine and cardio equipment - could use more benches, only has one which seems silly with the space. Good location with plenty of food choices and stores around. Breakfast was fine, the lady stocking everything was very nice.”

“Check in was very quick and friendly. The rooms and hotel are new and clean. The room had a full size fridge and dishwasher. Nice big room. Some issues with design: The privacy separator between the sleeping area and the sofa is only like 3ft vs being able to pull it almost across the width of room like other locations. Toilet paper is 4 ft away from the toilet under the sink. The shower head is 7 ft high. Both hard to reach. The HVAC system kept us up all night with various clicking, flapping and fluid exchange noises all night it was unbelievable. They seem to be running a new mini split looking thing but it makes mechanical noise all night. Way more than the standard ac unit. The breakfast was similar to other countries serving real food like meats and cheeses and real silverware instead of plastic everything. The coffee was good too! We love Home2 and would come back again, maybe with earplugs.”

“I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites in Richmond, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk ladies were awesome at check‑in — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process quick and smooth, and it set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself is very clean, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything well‑maintained. My room was extremely spacious, much larger than what you typically get at hotels in this price range. It felt more like a small studio apartment than a standard room, with plenty of space to relax, work, and unwind after a long day. Everything was organized, modern, and comfortable. The location is another big plus. It’s right off the interstate, which makes it perfect whether you’re visiting Richmond or just stopping to rest during a long drive. Easy access, no traffic headaches, and plenty of nearby conveniences. Breakfast was exceptionally good — fresh, well‑stocked, and with more variety than I expected. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff made sure items were replenished quickly. For the price, this hotel delivers great value. Overall, I highly recommend this Home2 Suites to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay. Whether you’re in town for business, visiting Richmond, or simply need a reliable stop along your drive, this hotel is an excellent choice and well worth it.”

“We stayed at Home2 Suites on our way home from a a week long vacation to break up the drive. (It was located right off the expressway) I called last minute and they were able to book me a fantastic room that worked great for my family (My wife and I and 3 kids of 6,4,2). Lots of space and very clean! We didn't swim, but the pool was a decent size and looked fun for the kids. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick and tasty breakfast on our way out. Would highly recommend!”
